2. We have established the repair and maintenance sites in Netherlands and Germany so as to offer fast and efficient service;
3 . Our ebikes and components are guaranteed for 24 months . If any problem occurs , you can directly contact us and send an email to saneagle@saneagle.com, we promise to fix your problem within 24 hours;
4 . As for the easily damaged components and parts , we will provide 1%-2% of these components according to the order quantity . These components will be shipped to our clients in the next order;
5 . Our repair and maintenance site provides you free service of battery charge;
6 . We accept such payment methods as FOB , T / T or L / C。
